How do I determine the right size for my slippers?
Please see size chart below. We recommend choosing a slightly larger size - example: If your size is 38 EU, take a M. If your size is 42 EU, take a L.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
Currently, we are only shipping to the GCC region - Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
Can I wash them in the machine?
Absolutely. There are machine-washable. We do recommend drying them with hands though. Please don’t dry in a machine.
Are the slippers really healthy for your feet?
Our MICHI house slippers are designed according to Japanese standards, designed in a way to be worn with the toes and that improves blood circulation. This allows foot problems such as bunions and flat feet to be improved.
What is the Return or Exchange Policy for your slippers?
If you are unsatisfied, you will have 14 days to return our Zoris. They should be returned in the same quality they were sent, along with the packaging. Are your slippers for indoor use?
As part of the Japanese tradition, in Japan, guests put on house slippers before entering a Japanese household. Our slippers are only intended for indoor use. However, they could be worn in the garden or in a similar setting.
Do you offer gift wrapping for orders?
